On remote
On Remote is a feature in which YOU grant one of our technicians access to your computer. Access is made by a safe and secure built-in communication encryption (TWF 256) and DH key exchange (using a 512 prime). While you watch, our tech will perform various test and seek out telltale signs indicating problems. During this time you will be in direct phone contact with the technician. They will then do the necessary fixes and your computer should be as good as new.
Task which can be done remotely are software installations, printer and or scanner installs. We can run a system cleaning which will "tune" your computer for faster and more responsive performance. Some anti-virus cleaning, spyware and adware cleaning can also be done. We can also use the remote hook up as a diagnosis or checkup tool.
The only requirements for this On Remote feature is that your site has high speed internet access (sorry no telephone dial up speeds possible), you are an English speaking client and payments are made by credit card. You will need to call ahead to setup an appointment time. Please allow one hour for this feature. At the appointed time our technician will call you and ask for your credit card info. Just like buying something over the phone, we shall charge your card the $50 fee for up to one hour of this service. At that time "the clock starts". You will be given instructions to download a file using the button on this page. Once YOU make the link we will start your diagnosis. You may disconnect the link at anytime. The software download and link is only good for that one session.
